At Cawdal we believe every wedding deserves its own way of being seen. We don’t follow formulas: we tell your story as it really is.
Behind Cawdal is Carlos Martínez, a video producer. Over 40 weddings filmed and four years shooting for brands, companies, city councils and artists. All that experience, devoted to one thing: your story. That’s why we only take a few weddings a year.

Documentary approach
I document what happens, without forcing anything
There’s no script. Every wedding has its own order and its own moments, and you set them. Our approach is documentary, with a cinematic eye: we try not to be in the middle of things and still not miss a thing.
Getting ready
Your closest people, the details, the nerves, maybe a first look or a few words from your best friends. Whatever happens.
The ceremony
The vows, the speeches, the looks. We stand where we won’t be in the way and let things happen.
Time for the two of you
After the ceremony, if you feel like it, ten or fifteen minutes just for you. No posing.
Drinks, dinner and party
The hugs, the laughter, your people dancing. We’re still there, attentive, without being the centre.

Step by step, no rush

We meet
A no-commitment video call to listen to you and see if we’re a fit. We’ll show you full films.

We book
If it feels right, we book your date with a simple contract and a 30% deposit.

We plan
A few weeks before, we go through timings, places and the people who matter to you.

The day
You enjoy it. We’re just one more guest, discreet and attentive.

The delivery
A sneak peek within a week and, with the time a good edit needs, your film on a private page.
